Western blot analysis was performed on modified whole cell extracts (1% SDS) (30 µg lysate) of HeLa (Lane 1), HT-29 (Lane 2), A-431 (Lane 3), U-2 OS (Lane 4) and PANC-1 (Lane 5). The blot was probed with GNL3L Polyclonal Antibody (6F5) (Product # PA5-44941, 1 µg/mL concentration) and detected by chemiluminescence using Goat anti-Rabbit IgG (Heavy Chain) Superclonal™ Secondary Antibody, HRP conjugate (Product # A27036, 0.25 µg/mL, 1:4,000 dilution). A 65 kDa band corresponding to GNL3L was observed across the cell lines tested.
